We do not tolerate unsolicited commercial e-mail!

We believe e-mailing must be done professionally and legally. For these reasons, we are proactive in whitelisting (relations with Internet Service Providers) and we actively reject spamming.

A spam e-mail is an e-mail that the recipient did not choose to receive.

Our system is designed to be used with opt-in contact lists:

eTarget’s users must request permission to send e-mails from their recipients wherever
e-mail addresses are collected (website, qualifications forms, invoiced
information, partners‘websites etc.)

eTarget automatically insert a footer in e-mails sent with a link to sender website,
an unsubscribed link, and a link to eTarget's privacy policy. Recipients who
decide to unsubscribed will be automatically remove from the contact list.

If you received spam sent via eTarget, please report it at abuse@etarget.org

How to protect yourself from Spam: Take the Spam Test

  • Are you importing a purchased list of ANY kind?
  • Are you sending to non-specific addresses such as:
    • sales@domain.com, business@domain.com, webmaster@domain.com, info@domain.com, or other general addresses.
  • Are you sending to distribution lists or mailing lists which send indirectly to a variety of email addresses?
  • Are you mailing to anyone who has not explicitly agreed to join your mailing list?
  • Have you falsified your originating address or transmission path information?
  • Have you used a third party email address or domain name without their permission?
  • Does your email's subject line contain false or misleading information?
  • Does your email fail to provide a working link to unsubscribe?
  • Are you failing to process any unsubscribe requests that come to you via a reply to your email within 10 days or the request?

If you have answered YES to ANY of the above questions you will likely be labeled a SPAMMER.
